TOPIC TOURS

Join us at the community center, where we learn about a topic through online videos from the masters of the subjects!

10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Monday, November 9: Topic: Happiness

The holidays can bring a mix of joy, nostalgia, stress, and sometimes loneliness. In this topic tour, we’ll learn how to cultivate daily contentment, build resilience, and gain a deeper understanding of how the brain processes joy.
